Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alperen Birsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 40th minute, Alperen Birsoy fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonathan Ferrant, passed just outside the right post. Giray Özyurt took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 44th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Battal Refiğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Stylus United's Carlos Fernando Albuquerque sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Camilo Gaos's late challenge caught a Stylus United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Gaos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Fernando Albuquerque in the 60th minute of play. If Carlos Fernando Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alperen Birsoy in the 66th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ender Kayaer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Stylus United's goalkeeper Battal Refiğ had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Fernando Albuquerque went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score.
