Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Albert Rutledge got the match started through his kick off. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sune Dahlberg in the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sune Dahlberg was slow to take the kick. During this time LA VIOLA's players had a chance to rest. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Rutledge in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. In the 18th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Felix Martinsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 25 minutes, Svante Bäckman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA VIOLA and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Svante Bäckman hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play forced LA VIOLA's goalkeeper Felix Martinsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 played minutes LA VIOLA got a freekick which was hit by Isak Ahlbeck. Felix Martinsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 29th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Osvald Uter could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osvald Uter in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute of the match Mihăiţă Cârstoiu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Martinsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 43 minutes of play, LA VIOLA's Osvald Uter made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Rutledge in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Felix Martinsson. That made the score 1-2 after 53 minutes of play. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Martinsson having to interfere. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. LA VIOLA's Felix Martinsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save LA VIOLA from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Felix Martinsson however easily saved by the left post. In the 69th minute Albert Rutledge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Felix Martinsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 80 minutes on the clock, Juan Sebastián Puig commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Julio Vera had in the 81stth minute some difficulties stopping Albert Rutledge's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 82 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Felix Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 91 minutes, Henrik Wickander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA VIOLA and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Henrik Wickander hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Felix Martinsson. LA VIOLA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Martinsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gottfrid Brenner in the 96th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing LA VIOLA to leave the ground with a draw.
