Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tim Hurren took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Abraham Alguacil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tim Hurren in the 8th minute. Tim Hurren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcos Cotilla came out and tried to block the shot, but Tim Hurren slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 12th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Witney City's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Tommy Bond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Bond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Panama's Miguel Miralles got a free kick in the 26th minute. Tomas Berganza took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Bond. Tommy Bond dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Rex Lynam kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Tommy Bond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Tommy Bond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 51st minute of play. With an all-out effort, Panama's Tommy Bond threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Berganza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Isidoro Sarmiento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Tommy Bond made a huge save. Jose Carita made in the 58th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Isidoro Sarmiento. 59 minutes into the match, Witney City's goalkeeper Tommy Bond had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Berganza. Witney City were furious when Trey Rowe was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 62nd minute, one of Witney City:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Witney City. The supporters of Witney City booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Alguacil didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Chip Archer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Swanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Witney City's goalkeeper Tommy Bond had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Sarmiento. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Tommy Bond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Witney City got a freekick which was hit by Tim Hurren. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Witney City's goalkeeper Tommy Bond, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Witney City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Bond, making the score, 1-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Panama eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
