Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Linus Stenqvist started the match with the kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. 6 minutes into the game, Robin Nordlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tallboda Gunners's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 6th match minute, Tallboda Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Nordlund to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Linus Stenqvist in the 9th minute of the match. Tallboda Gunners's Frans Billström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 11th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tallboda Gunners's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frans Billström came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Stenqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Tallboda Gunners's Linus Stenqvist was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Frans Billström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, Tallboda Gunners's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Linus Stenqvist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper Frans Billström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 37th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Tallboda Gunners's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Frans Billström quite easily take care of the ball. Linus Stenqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tallboda Gunners's Frans Billström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 44th minute of play. Robin Nordlund hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frans Billström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Rickard Stålman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd minute, Robin Nordlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Linus Stenqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. After having played for 66 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tallboda Gunners's Karl-Erik Ahlbom was substituted for Linus Stenqvist. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Frans Billström in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frans Billström made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Patricio Costa sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Erik Ahlbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Frans Billström in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frans Billström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 94th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frans Billström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tallboda Gunners's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
