Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Gaona took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ove Löv's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ove Löv helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mexico booed when Delaostia C.F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ove Löv didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delaostia C.F's Gaudencio Corderun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Delaostia C.F from getting a goal against them. In the 5th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Delaostia C.F's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gaudencio Corderun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Tafalla went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octav Lupșoiu in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes in the game, Joel Gaona fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gaudencio Corderun having to interfere. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asmadi Subagio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Octav Lupșoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Facundo Cadaval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Corderun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octav Lupșoiu might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octav Lupșoiu ran back to his position shaking his head. Delaostia C.F's Gaudencio Corderun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute Columbo Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asmadi Subagio in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 50th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Zorita to maneuver through the defense. Gaudencio Corderun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 54th minute of play. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Gaudencio Corderun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60thth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Delaostia C.F's Gaudencio Corderun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Mexico's Luca Rouco to fire away a dangerous shot which Gaudencio Corderun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Columbo Duarte. In the 70th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Corderun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asmadi Subagio in the 74th minute of play. Gaudencio Corderun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Delaostia C.F defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaudencio Corderun. The Delaostia C.F fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaudencio Corderun should have stopped the shot. Delaostia C.F's Leo Piearres was substituted for Asmadi Subagio. 88 minutes into the match, Delaostia C.F's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Gaudencio Corderun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaudencio Corderun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delaostia C.F's Gaudencio Corderun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 93rd minute of play. There was no doubt that Mexico were the better team. Mexico's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
