Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Joel Gaona charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Gaona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joel Gaona hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 4 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Han Si Lin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 7th minute of play forced KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Halil Utku Evvah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Aras Aydın. Halil Utku Evvah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lautaro Mancebo in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Halil Utku Evvah saved KOO Tigers from getting behind. If Lv Lei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lv Lei in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Halil Utku Evvah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Seyfi Akbayrak. 26 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Halil Utku Evvah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Abdulkerim Uğuş. Mexico's Joel Gaona couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for KOO Tigers. Halil Utku Evvah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 30th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Halil Utku Evvah, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38thth minute of the game Alberto Tafalla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KOO Tigers's Halil Utku Evvah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lv Lei in the 41st minute of the match. After 44 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Victor Chus. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 48th minute of play forced KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Halil Utku Evvah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Halil Utku Evvah made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 59th minute. Halil Utku Evvah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 61st minute of play. After 62 played minutes Joel Gaona rounded KOO Tigers's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. After 74 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Zorita. In the 78th match minute, KOO Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdulkerim Uğuş to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Tafalla in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Halil Utku Evvah saved KOO Tigers from getting behind. A collision led to KOO Tigers getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Désiré Kaká hit a great ball. In the 84th match minute, KOO Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ozan Candar to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lv Lei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Halil Utku Evvah saved KOO Tigers from getting behind. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
