Fabian Gurgul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. BELAJ BOYS's Björn Mårtensson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fabian Gurgul got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-0 in the right cross in the 25th match minute before Jonathan Ferrant had time to react. 28 minutes into the match, BELAJ BOYS's Fabian Gurgul sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Guillermo Mariano made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by BELAJ BOYS's Peter Tunström. Filiph Sandberg's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiph Sandberg helped the player get up and apologised. Filiph Sandberg hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Banan Banana came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 40th minute of the match Filiph Sandberg completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Filiph Sandberg a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to BELAJ BOYS getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Filiph Sandberg hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute of the game Skorri Borries made a throw-in which Kjell Fribäck played forward. The supporters of BELAJ BOYS booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. BELAJ BOYS's Esbjörn Apelquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 47th minute of play. In the 48th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. BELAJ BOYS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Venezuela's Tomas Illescas to fire away a dangerous shot which Esbjörn Apelquist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Gurgul made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Fabian Gurgul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Gurgul, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. With a little luck, BELAJ BOYS's Esbjörn Apelquist got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Banan Banana in the 63rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Banan Banana, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When Skorri Borries fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BELAJ BOYS's protests and gave Skorri Borries a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Banan Banana, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute, Banan Banana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 90 minutes of play, BELAJ BOYS's Banan Banana made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kjell Fribäck's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain.
