Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Greid Tinsmith made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. The Colombia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Doffes Damer were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Doffes Damer's Greid Tinsmith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 51st minute of play. Orlando Tafalla made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Doffes Damer's Göran Vedholm. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronaldo Cristi in the 53rd minute. Ronaldo Cristi struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doffes Damer.
