Constantin Maniu got his second yellow card in the match during the 7th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Constantin Maniu hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Iordache Minea made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Jarell Hill sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jarell Hill got free with Iordache Minea in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Jamaica booed when YR☆ Rossoneri™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Dobrinescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jarell Hill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emil Dobrinescu during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Emil Dobrinescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karlus Waugh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Iordache Minea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karlus Waugh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 minutes of play, YR☆ Rossoneri™'s Mihăiţă Voina made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demonde Jacobson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marian Drogoreanu scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Demonde Jacobson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Romon Oliver came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Jamaica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romon Oliver couldn't finish the play. 46 minutes into the match, Karlus Waugh notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of YR☆ Rossoneri™'s Iordache Minea. Iordache Minea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Finlay Stair stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 76th minute Romon Oliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordache Minea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinu Bungescu in the 79th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iordache Minea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finlay Stair in the 86th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Finlay Stair in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iordache Minea saved YR☆ Rossoneri™ from getting behind. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihăiţă Voina, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The YR☆ Rossoneri™ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing YR☆ Rossoneri™ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
