Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Atlético de Crisal's Kaká Ferreira quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hugo Ferrant, made in the 4th minute of the game. In the 13th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Romarinho Silva came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romarinho Silva went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 19 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cido Valle, 1-2. 22 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Romarinho Silva came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atlético de Crisal's Cido Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético de Crisal from getting a goal against them. Atlético de Crisal's Romarinho Silva got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaká Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Lautaro Puig came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cido Valle could save by the left post. After having played for 34 minutes, Romarinho Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético de Crisal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romarinho Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kaká Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Kaká Ferreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Kaká Ferreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

In the 53rd minute, Romarinho Silva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 56th minute, Romarinho Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético de Crisal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Vito Custódio hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Eliseo Noboa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atlético de Crisal's Adelino Miranda was substituted for Kaká Ferreira. Atlético de Crisal made a substitution. Henrique dos Santos replaced Alessandro Goiano. Adelino Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romarinho Silva went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. In the 91st minute, Romarinho Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético de Crisal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. When the match was over Atlético de Crisal could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Costa Rica throughout the match.
