After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Eloy Aznar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Eloy Aznar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Eloy Aznar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Esteban José Andrada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Sandalio, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Guansa's Aaron Sandalio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Aaron Sandalio struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guansa. In the 23rd minute of the match, Aaron Sandalio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aaron Sandalio made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 24thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Jonathan Ferrant would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 26th match minute, Guansa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Sandalio to maneuver through the defense. Aaron Sandalio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Aaron Sandalio sent off a good shot on target. Esteban José Andrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Eloy Aznar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Eloy Aznar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Esteban José Andrada made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Aznar, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 80 minutes, Mădălin Brăescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guansa and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Guansa's Mădălin Brăescu got a free kick in the 80th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Sandalio in the 83rd minute of play. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Aznar in the 94th minute of play. Guansa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
