Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Xerardo Amer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oro Montes. Oro Montes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 10th match minute, Fuerzas Armadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbasa Vazquez to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 13th minute of play forced Fuerzas Armadas's goalkeeper Oro Montes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Fuerzas Armadas's Quinto Nobo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 17th minute, Xerardo Amer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xerardo Amer in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 21 in the game by Xerardo Amer from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Fuerzas Armadas's Quinto Nobo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Xerardo Amer put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. If Xerardo Amer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Quinto Nobo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xerardo Amer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 34 minute of play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Fuerzas Armadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnin Acarreta didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Fuerzas Armadas booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fuerzas Armadas's Xerardo Amer in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 60 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. Eufrasio Aranzubia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oro Montes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oro Montes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xerardo Amer in the 67th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xerardo Amer in the 72nd minute of play. Urbasa Vazquez's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urbasa Vazquez helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Fuerzas Armadas getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Urbasa Vazquez hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Oro Montes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Eufrasio Aranzubia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. The audience was convinced that Xerardo Amer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. 91 minutes into the match, Fuerzas Armadas's goalkeeper Oro Montes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xerardo Amer, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Fuerzas Armadas's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
