Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 11 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of play forced Jaru-Uaru's goalkeeper Otávio Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Koppány Selymes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Otávio Dante. Otávio Dante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicasio Abreu got free with Julio Vera in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 26 minutes, Nicasio Abreu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jaru-Uaru and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicasio Abreu hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Otávio Dante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Otávio Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otávio Dante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otávio Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 33rd minute of the match. Ramon Abarca's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramon Abarca helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th match minute, Jaru-Uaru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Abarca to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 41st minute of play forced Jaru-Uaru's goalkeeper Otávio Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes Nicasio Abreu rounded Ecuador's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicasio Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Velislav Irinchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Fernando Vides charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Fernando Vides the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Jaru-Uaru's Wincenty Gendolla got a free kick in the 67th minute. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Otávio Dante made a huge save. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jaru-Uaru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Cristian Sancho hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Luis Andino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Otávio Dante made a huge save. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Jaru-Uaru's Nicasio Abreu. But to his dismay, Nicasio Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 85 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Otávio Dante. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. A hard shot 90 in the game by Cristian Sancho from a close distance when the talented Otávio Dante managed to make a qualified save. Jaru-Uaru's players were relieved. In the 93rd minute, Velislav Irinchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
