Albert Hernström started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, The Mongols's Tage Classon got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Chicote charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julio Chicote the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Julio Chicote. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by The Mongols's Albert Hernström. But to his dismay, Albert Hernström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Hernström in the 19th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes in the game, Mario Fernandino fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Magne Smefeldt having to interfere. Charles Colin charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Charles Colin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th match minute, The Mongols was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Colin to maneuver through the defense. William Vallin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35thth minute of the game Albert Hernström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bolivia's Camilo Freixa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Magne Smefeldt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Albert Hernström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 played minutes The Mongols got a freekick which was hit by Yngve Alén. After 45 played minutes, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Magne Smefeldt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bolivia reached it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mario Fernandino made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolivia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Fontirroig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Julio Chicote was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. After 57 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Julio Chicote. Albert Hernström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 minutes of play The Mongols's Charles Colin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 64 played minutes The Mongols got a freekick which was hit by Charles Colin. Alfredo Ferrant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Magne Smefeldt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A throw-in in the 67th minute of the game was made by Joshua Miralles with Eduardo Fontirroig as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Joshua Miralles's late challenge caught a The Mongols's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joshua Miralles helped the player get up and apologised. Joshua Miralles made in the 88th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alfonso de la Cruz however managed to control. 91 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albert Hernström. Benito Madrid kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle went the supporters of The Mongols were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Bolivia side.
