Angelo Garikoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Garikoitz in the 10th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Angelo Garikoitz put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Nores. 37 minutes into the match, Angelo Garikoitz notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angelo Garikoitz took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7.

In the 67th minute, Paraguay's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Justo Abascal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Mikelats's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Paraguay. 96 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Mikelats recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacobo Nores. Rodrigo Mikelats showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11.
