Tomas Illescas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eric Soned firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nickolai Nickerson went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Étoile Sportive Du Sahel players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
