Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Berganza got the match started through his kick off. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Pompiliu Nisporeanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- from getting a goal against them. The referee felt a red card was in order, 6 minutes into the game, when Alex Cambeiro put in a rough tackle. In the 6th minute, one of Panama:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Panama. Panama:s Marcos Cotilla showed great skill when he stopped Doru Săvescu:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Panama's Tomas Berganza got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 13 played minutes F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- got a freekick which was hit by Doru Săvescu. The supporters of Panama booed when F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augustin Tâlvescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Abraham Alguacil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pompiliu Nisporeanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iulian Cangeopol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Abraham Alguacil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Săvescu in the 30th minute of play. After 40 played minutes F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Ulici. Dinu Roşu hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doru Săvescu in the 48th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felix Udroiu to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugur Ulici in the 51st minute of play. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 54th minute of play forced F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Pompiliu Nisporeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pompiliu Nisporeanu came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pompiliu Nisporeanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 62nd minute of play. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Pompiliu Nisporeanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pompiliu Nisporeanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Pompiliu Nisporeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 74th minute of play. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Pompiliu Nisporeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustin Tâlvescu to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pompiliu Nisporeanu having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Miralles came free, but Pompiliu Nisporeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doru Săvescu in the 84th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pompiliu Nisporeanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jovan Markovič hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pompiliu Nisporeanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Mugur Ulici got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Panama were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- to leave the ground with a draw.
