Máté Kozák showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 15th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Máté Kozák made a huge save. In the 23rd minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Los simuladores FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Prelipceanu in the 25th minute of play. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Paredes in the 36th minute of play. In the 45th minute, İrfan Ünlüsoy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los simuladores FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 47 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. The Venezuela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los simuladores FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Arnulfo Tebaldo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 58 minutes Los simuladores FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that Los simuladores FC's Máté Kozák managed to reach the ball for a save. Pablo Paredess short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Máté Kozák made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 64th minute of play. Arnulfo Tebaldo's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnulfo Tebaldo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Los simuladores FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Tebaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Traian Prelipceanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Los simuladores FC's Pablo Paredes in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Los simuladores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Máté Kozák reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Ceandro struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los simuladores FC. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los simuladores FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
