Juan Diego Tenorio made in the 10th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MICE F.C.'s Hajdin Bakirtzidis. After 12 minutes of play, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christos Koumis was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Stamatis Nosis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th match minute, MICE F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Babbis Markonis to maneuver through the defense. After 19 minutes of play, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christos Koumis was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Paraguay fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Paraguay's Jaime Pardo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hector Covarrubias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christos Koumis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Christos Koumis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 31st minute of the match. MICE F.C.'s attentive Witold Tuliszewski managed to snatch the ball when Jose Sanz made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. MICE F.C.'s Christos Koumis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 41st minute of play. Jaime Pardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christos Koumis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christos Koumis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

After a defensive mix-up in MICE F.C.'s zone, Jaime Pardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christos Koumis came out of the goal and Jaime Pardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Pardo got free with Christos Koumis in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 65 minutes of play, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christos Koumis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christos Koumis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 68th minute of play. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the game, Jaime Pardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christos Koumis. Jaime Pardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in MICE F.C.'s zone, Hector Covarrubias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christos Koumis came out of the goal and Hector Covarrubias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Christos Koumis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Pardo in the 83rd minute. Christos Koumis made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Jaime Pardo sent off a good shot on target. If Primitivo Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, MICE F.C.'s Filippos Serametakis got a free kick in the 90th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Jaime Pardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christos Koumis. That made the score 0-7 in the 93 minute of play. Paraguay played a much better game than MICE F.C. and deserved their victory. The MICE F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
