Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zico Orange in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno-Henrique Orange, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno-Henrique Orange in the 16th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edinho Pirani made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Abram Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Zico Orange managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Zico Orange was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zico Orange sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevin Mastache kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Zico Orange ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Zico Orange's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colombia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bruno-Henrique Orange was slow to take the kick. During this time Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's players had a chance to rest. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zico Orange to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zinédine Orange fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute, Antonio Indiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ made a substitution. Katarínus Orange replaced Zico Orange. In the 75th minute Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Bruno-Henrique Orange went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Bruno-Henrique Orange almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares did a great save. After a rather tough play, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Carles Orange got a free kick in the 76th minute. A collision led to Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Pedrinho Reis hit a great ball. Edinho Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Secada in the 92nd minute of the match. If Abram Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute Abram Secada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edinho Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Ignacio Mastache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edinho Pirani was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Colombia's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
