After 8 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrés Casado was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Christiano Mangueira came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Aragorn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christiano Mangueira couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Altuğ Yakup. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Altuğ Yakup put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Altuğ Yakup in the 42nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Wade Wilson hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Aragorn made a substitution. Witomir Zuraw replaced Altuğ Yakup. Wade Wilson kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Andrés Casado. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Topo Lino in the 84th minute of play. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andrés Casado firmly grabbed it by the left post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witomir Zuraw in the 87th minute of play. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
