The audience thought a goal was coming when Mujahid Lim got free with Jacobo Nores in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Lobster if's Dé de Barros got a free kick in the 9th minute. With his leg Jacobo Nores managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Lobster if's Mujahid Lim fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sune Överman in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Lobster if was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dé de Barros to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Covarrubias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Di Scord breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paraguay's attentive Alan Campos managed to snatch the ball when Mujahid Lim made a throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the game, Jaime Pardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Di Scord was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Di Scord made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Mujahid Lim threw the ball into play from the sideline. Paraguay's Juan Diego Tenorio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Di Scord showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Lobster if's Mujahid Lim in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paraguay's goalie prevented a goal. When the match was over Paraguay could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lobster if throughout the match.
