The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Finn Frigger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's Fritz Molau. But to his dismay, Fritz Molau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fritz Molau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Fritz Molau tried to sneak it across the goal line. El Salvador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Fritz Molau scored to the left of an out of position Ricardo Zorita, making the score, 2-1. After having played for 26 minutes, Finn Frigger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Finn Frigger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's Fritz Molau slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 3-1 after 28 minutes of play. 32 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fritz Molau. El Salvador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Urs Fabian Stollenwerk ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fritz Molau was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Fritz Molau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. In the 38th minute, Finn Frigger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fritz Molau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. In the 39th minute, ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's Fritz Molau dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. After having played for 43 minutes, Fritz Molau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valentino Ferrant hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Fritz Molau might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Zorita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fritz Molau ran back to his position shaking his head. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fritz Molau in the 56th minute of the match. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Molau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Finn Frigger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Fritz Molau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
