In the 21st match minute, Old BaoBaB Accademy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Furia to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Luca Rouco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Emiliano Giusto made the kick off in the second half. Anfilogino Furia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emiliano Giusto might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
