But to his dismay, Wu Ping Zhen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 14 played minutes ÓKINJÔ FC got a freekick which was hit by Qi Si. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by ÓKINJÔ FC's Naim Ünal. But to his dismay, Naim Ünal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Trond Hagen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 34th minute of play forced ÓKINJÔ FC's goalkeeper Frits Sap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frits Sap made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Frits Sap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 43rd minute of the match. Naim Ünal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. After some careless play in the ÓKINJÔ FC defense, Axel Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frits Sap. The ÓKINJÔ FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frits Sap should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 57 in the game by Axel Montenegro from a close distance when the talented Frits Sap managed to make a qualified save. ÓKINJÔ FC's players were relieved. Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Pang Ran Feng in the 62 minute of the game. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abram Secada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute Alexandrino Sesimbra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 minutes, Pang Ran Feng mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ÓKINJÔ FC and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card.
