Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Matxin in the 4th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Cleto Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Matxin came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oséas Albuquerque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Julian Murillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio de Alcântara in the 19th minute of the match. Oséas Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Cleto Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Matxin in the 32nd minute of play. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Illimar Truupõld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils Airpoel hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Oséas Albuquerque made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luz Tejedor in the 45th minute. Illimar Truupõld made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Ozan Sureha made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Peru's Efraim Gilabert got a free kick in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Jukatriz getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Augusto Alcântara hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Ozan Sureha came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute of the match Jukatriz got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Augusto Alcântara ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Jukatriz's Cássio de Alcântara to fire away a dangerous shot which Rolando Noboa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Shen Quan Wei kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oséas Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 71st minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Oséas Albuquerque didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Matxin in the 80th minute of the match. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Matxin in the 81st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oséas Albuquerque breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. 87 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oséas Albuquerque narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natanael Furlan in the 91st minute. Despite being the better team, Peru failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
