An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 4th minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Oséas Albuquerque despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Oséas Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 6th minute of the match. Jukatriz's Oséas Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 9th minute of play. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peru were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Jukatriz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Eliseo Mina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oséas Albuquerque quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Peru booed when Jukatriz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Ozan Sureha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oséas Albuquerque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Illimar Truupõld, made in the 41st minute of the game. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio de Alcântara in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. The supporters of Jukatriz booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Alvarado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shen Quan Wei made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. 62 minutes into the game, Cleto Matxin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Murillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Oséas Albuquerque when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 69 in the game by Julian Murillo from a close distance when the talented Oséas Albuquerque managed to make a qualified save. Jukatriz's players were relieved. In the 73rd match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Murillo to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Matxin came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luz Tejedor. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Ozan Sureha, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The Jukatriz support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
