Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) A throw-in in the 4th minute of the game was made by Ivan Navarro with Milagros Cabal as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 5th match minute, Resistencia Tayrona FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taurino Hernaiz to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 10 minutes, Sebastian Villa made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Maore Tejerina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. After 19 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ocampo. After 20 played minutes, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Ingmar Kracke shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Resistencia Tayrona FC reached it. After 21 played minutes Resistencia Tayrona FC got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Harroyo. After 29 minutes of play, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Maore Tejerina made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute, Taurino Hernaiz made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taurino Hernaiz in the 37th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Genaro Harroyo got a free kick in the 38th minute. Taurino Hernaiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Resistencia Tayrona FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Bermudo Uranga hit a great ball. In the 45th minute Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Taurino Hernaiz was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Maore Tejerina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 51 minutes into the match, Maore Tejerina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maore Tejerina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 56 minutes into the game, Maore Tejerina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Resistencia Tayrona FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. Maore Tejerina kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Resistencia Tayrona FC made a substitution. Alessandro Manzanal replaced Maore Tejerina. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Egun Zaballos was substituted for Taurino Hernaiz. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Manzanal in the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes in the game, Egun Zaballos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Stanislav Dvorskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alessandro Manzanal went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stanislav Dvorskiy was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Stanislav Dvorskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga notched a goal, 3-5, to the right of Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy. Stanislav Dvorskiy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Resistencia Tayrona FC's goalkeeper Stanislav Dvorskiy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Resistencia Tayrona FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Honduras's much stronger midfield.
