Noel Seide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Jefferson Pires got a free kick in the 9th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Humberto de Azevedo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Haiti booed when C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Endang Arnawa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleiton do Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 24th minute, Cleiton do Vale made a precise shot to the right of Noel Seide. Haiti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 28th minute of play forced C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalkeeper Humberto de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Léo Alagoano made in the 29th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jefferson Pires. Léo Alagoano got a throw-in 31 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jefferson Pires. Severino de Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 34 minutes of play, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Serginho Leão made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noel Seide was left in no man's land by his defense there! Endang Arnawa hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Alphonse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match, Cleiton do Vale got a very nice opportunity to score, but Noel Seide was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marco Arruda made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Haiti's Raymond Louis. Cleiton do Vale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Noel Seide made a huge save. In the 62nd minute of the game Léo Alagoano made a throw-in which Jefferson Pires played forward. 65 minutes into the match, Ernso Constant had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto de Azevedo. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernso Constant was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. A sloppy throw-in by Marco Arruda in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Haiti's Rodney Emmanuel. After 71 played minutes C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Severino de Senna. After having played for 72 minutes, Philippe Ambroise managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haiti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philippe Ambroise was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Humberto de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 75th minute of play. Humberto de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 77th minute of the match. When Serginho Leão fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s protests and gave Serginho Leão a yellow card for diving instead. Serginho Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Severino de Senna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Endang Arnawa hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Haiti lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
