Almeyra F.C.'s Cristo Colas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 22nd minute of play. Teo Chano hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cristo Colas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The Almeyra F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Almeyra F.C.'s Adan Otsoko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
