Canada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergio Mustafa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Alfredinho Gerber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, Canada's Jax Williamson got control of the ball when Teodoro Nikola tried to sneak it across the goal line. Koby Wright scored 1-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredinho Gerber, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Canada booed when C.U.E. DE COMERCIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Gentiletti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Dixon might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfredinho Gerber. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sergio Mustafa made a kick off. With an all-out effort, Canada's Alfredinho Gerber threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Koby Wright, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 57 minutes into the match, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Dixon came free, but Alfredinho Gerber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredinho Gerber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 59th minute of the match. Sergio Mustafa took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jax Williamson. In the 95th minute, Richard Mccarthy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. The C.U.E. DE COMERCIO supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Canada's performance. The match ended with a win for Canada.
