Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rexy Fachrezi in the 66th minute of the match. Roris Taramona was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Agustín Saelices capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Agustín Saelices really showed his touch with that goal: 4-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Roris Taramona in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Ecuador booed when 【AC】尤文图斯 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. 巩森鸿 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, 【AC】尤文图斯's 许烽乐 got a free kick in the 86th minute. Roris Taramona made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 87th minute.
