Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dé Velloso in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Velloso in the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 7th minute of play forced Französisch Buchholz FC's goalkeeper Heimko Geisen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Maiko Kottsieper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Maiko Kottsieper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Französisch Buchholz FC's Heimko Geisen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 12th minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Französisch Buchholz FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Heimko Geisen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 31 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Heimko Geisen. Französisch Buchholz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustín Saelices was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Dé Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Französisch Buchholz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Heimko Geisen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maiko Kottsieper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Maiko Kottsieper sent off a good shot on target. Französisch Buchholz FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Armin Kirchhoff in the 42nd minute. Heimko Geisen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dé Velloso. The Französisch Buchholz FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Französisch Buchholz FC's Heimko Geisen got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Französisch Buchholz FC's Heimko Geisen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Französisch Buchholz FC from getting a goal against them. Theodor Hornberger hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 67th match minute, Französisch Buchholz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Weiler to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dé Velloso in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. 73 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Dé Velloso came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Arias lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Heimko Geisen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeremias Clementi kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Französisch Buchholz FC's Theodor Hornberger got a free kick in the 89th minute. Französisch Buchholz FC's Heimko Geisen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 92nd minute of play. The Französisch Buchholz FC fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Französisch Buchholz FC's Dé Velloso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 96th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heimko Geisen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.
