Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Emanuel Barbu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the match, FC Szczucin's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Correa came free, but Iwan Swoboda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Szczucin's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Venezuela's Tomas Illescas to fire away a dangerous shot which Iwan Swoboda despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Barbu in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 20th minute of play forced FC Szczucin's goalkeeper Iwan Swoboda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Szczucin booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Barbu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Emanuel Barbu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. If Emanuel Barbu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edmund Walentowicz hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Emanuel Barbu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After 40 minutes, Angelo Sayveon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Szczucin and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Guillermo Mariano didn't quite understand what happened when in the 42 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Emanuel Barbu took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Iwan Swoboda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Barbu in the 60th minute of the match. Edmund Walentowicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iwan Swoboda saved FC Szczucin from getting behind. Edmund Walentowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Emanuel Barbu made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Emanuel Barbu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, FC Szczucin's Emanuel Barbu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Iwan Swoboda made a huge save. In the 79th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that FC Szczucin's Iwan Swoboda managed to reach the ball for a save. Joshua Secada had several of the FC Szczucin's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 80 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-1 score and a disappointed Iwan Swoboda as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96thth minute of the game Bernard Dembowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
