Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After some careless play in the -BZF- Barca de Buzau defense, Moises Fernandino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Vorniceanu. The -BZF- Barca de Buzau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Vorniceanu should have stopped the shot. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Purje, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute Abram Luque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Vorniceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Valentino Ferrant in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Ovidiu Pătrașcu. Ovidiu Pătrașcu struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Ricardo Zorita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for -BZF- Barca de Buzau. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valeriu Băcioiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's attentive Costin Titulescu managed to snatch the ball when Luis Rubio made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. Mateo Leguizamo made in the 28th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Valentino Ferrant however managed to control. A sloppy throw-in by Jorge Magrina in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Horaţiu Nițoi. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Purje in the 34th minute of play. Jorge Magrina made in the 38th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Horaţiu Nițoi. A sloppy throw-in by Luis Rubio in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Costin Titulescu. Costin Titulescu hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Moises Fernandino took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felix Vorniceanu. Felix Vorniceanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Felix Vorniceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Fernandino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half El Salvador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Calistrat Bara fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Barca de Buzau's protests and gave Calistrat Bara a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of El Salvador booed when -BZF- Barca de Buzau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calistrat Bara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joshua Curbelo got a throw-in 57 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jesus Carvallo. Mateo Leguizamo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Felix Vorniceanu made a huge save. Valeriu Băcioiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Zorita read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. After 69 minutes of play, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Valeriu Băcioiu made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! A throw-in in the 74th minute of the game was made by Jorge Magrina with Jesus Carvallo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Felix Vorniceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Luque in the 75th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Luis Rubio in the 77th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Costin Titulescu. 83 minutes into the game, Valentino Ferrant threw the ball into play from the sideline. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Ovidiu Pătrașcu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Felix Vorniceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Luque in the 85th minute of play. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's attentive Calistrat Bara managed to snatch the ball when Mateo Leguizamo made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. Sebastian Purje fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Luis Rubio in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Ovidiu Pătrașcu. A throw-in in the 95th minute of the game was made by Jorge Magrina with Abram Luque as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The El Salvador players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
