Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Valeriu Băcioiu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Felix Vorniceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 4th minute of play. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Felix Vorniceanu came out and tried to block the shot, but Eliseo Noboa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. In the 11th minute of the game Efrain Moruga made a throw-in which Eliseo Noboa played forward. With a little luck, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Felix Vorniceanu got control of the ball when Axel Tasis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lautaro Puig made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Sebastian Purje. Felix Vorniceanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Puig in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Rubio came free, but Felix Vorniceanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Tasis was extremely unlucky when he, in the 33rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A sloppy throw-in by Hugo Ferrant in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Ovidiu Pătrașcu. Felix Vorniceanu came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Rica's Axel Tasis. But to his dismay, Axel Tasis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 45th minute of the game Efrain Moruga made a throw-in which Eliseo Noboa played forward. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sebastian Purje struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for -BZF- Barca de Buzau. When Hugo Ferrant fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Hugo Ferrant a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of -BZF- Barca de Buzau booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Ferrant didn't get a good kick on the ball. Efrain Moruga made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eliseo Noboa however managed to control. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Felix Vorniceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Moruga made in the 63rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Horaţiu Nițoi. In the 64th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the game, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Vorniceanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Efrain Moruga made in the 71st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eliseo Noboa however managed to control. The throw-in from Hugo Ferrant in the 83rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Ovidiu Pătrașcu. In the 86th minute of the game Efrain Moruga made a throw-in which Eliseo Noboa played forward. In the 91st minute of the game Lautaro Puig made a throw-in which Aaron Alcocer played forward. Felix Vorniceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 92nd minute of the match. Hugo Ferrant made in the 94th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alan Moruga immediately put the ball in play. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Costa Rica had won, even though -BZF- Barca de Buzau had held more of the ball.
