In the 4th minute, RED BLUE STAR's Răzvan Spineanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karol Pierz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Axel Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Montenegro couldn't finish the play. Joshua Garrido might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karol Pierz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joshua Garrido ran back to his position shaking his head. 17 minutes into the match, RED BLUE STAR's goal looked a bit too open when Joshua Garrido came free, but Karol Pierz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karol Pierz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Colombia's Axel Montenegro in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye RED BLUE STAR's goalie prevented a goal. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Spineanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Montenegro in the 23rd minute. The corner led Colombia's Joshua Garrido to fire away a dangerous shot which Karol Pierz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Leszek Ferfecki charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leszek Ferfecki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. RED BLUE STAR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abram Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Karol Pierz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by RED BLUE STAR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Axel Montenegro was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Kevin Mastache heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 姚然军 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karol Pierz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 40th minute of the match. The throw-in from Axel Montenegro in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RED BLUE STAR's Leszek Ferfecki. If Pascual Carballar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

RED BLUE STAR's Dumitru Chiriacescu was substituted for Corneliu Lupescu. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Namık Kemal Korur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. RED BLUE STAR's Oier Ogazon quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Axel Montenegro, made in the 53rd minute of the game. 55 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Namık Kemal Korur came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colombia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Namık Kemal Korur, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Ignacio Mastache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Pierz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, RED BLUE STAR's goalkeeper Karol Pierz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Carballar. The audience was convinced that Namık Kemal Korur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. RED BLUE STAR:s Karol Pierz showed great skill when he stopped Kevin Mastache:s penalty.
