An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermengol Alberete in the 3rd minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sindo Porregimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Cantona in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ermengol Alberete came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermengol Alberete got free with Sebastián Sosa in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the match, Socavon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Cantona came free, but Sindo Porregimon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Socavon FC's Sindo Porregimon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Cantona in the 45th minute of play. Sebastián Sosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrique Peña in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A throw-in in the 95th minute of the game was made by Zhu Bin Xi with Enrique Peña as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The Socavon FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vikingos FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Vikingos FC.
