Bar Marconi United's Fabrizio Adriano got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrizio Adriano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Bar Marconi United's Fabrizio Adriano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 31st minute, Moises Fernandino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute Fabrizio Adriano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes El Salvador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Davide Spadoni who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Fabrizio Adriano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ricardo Zorita quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davide Spadoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabrizio Adriano in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Fabrizio Adriano put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ricardo Zorita. In the 47th minute, Fabrizio Adriano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bar Marconi United's Enzo Di Rocco was substituted for Alfonso Andreozzi. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fabrizio Adriano might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Zorita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabrizio Adriano ran back to his position shaking his head. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrizio Adriano in the 52nd minute of the match. Davide Spadoni took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. If Fabrizio Adriano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th minute, Fabrizio Adriano made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 62 minutes into the game, Ettore Canzano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bar Marconi United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Salvador the free kick. Ettore Canzano hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Fabrizio Adriano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bar Marconi United fully deserved thier win.
