Aloísio Barbosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Bruno Rodrigues hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Serafim Rebocho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Nuno Madureira sent off a good shot on target. If Aloísio Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aloísio Barbosa in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Fhury FC's Serafim Rebocho broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. A collision led to Fhury FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. António Rodrigues hit a great ball. Tiago Rodrigues was a little too slow when Patricio Costa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 2-1. With a little luck, Fhury FC's Tiago Rodrigues got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fhury FC's António Rodrigues got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When Aloísio Barbosa came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Fhury FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aloísio Barbosa couldn't finish the play. In the 78th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Nuno Madureira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fhury FC had played much better football throughout.
