Canada's Filip Edwards got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Canada's Prince Anderson was substituted for Carter George. Canada's Theo Burton was substituted for Rohan Watson. Timoteo Gines made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Theo Burton sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the match, Jan Dixon notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Challacó's Timoteo Gines. Timoteo Gines was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 81st minute of the match Canada got a corner. Challacó's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan Dixon ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Alfred John almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Challacó's Timoteo Gines did a great save. 89 minutes into the game, Emmanouil Tsirigakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Challacó's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canada the free kick. In the 90th minute, Canada's Luka Harris ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Timoteo Gines. Timoteo Gines yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. In the 94th minute, Canada's Theo Burton dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. When the match was over Canada could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Challacó throughout the match.
