Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Snorri De Hond started the match with the kick off. Snorri De Hond could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. 3 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Snorri De Hond. Franklin Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Gianluigi Orange, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Peru booed when Coice de Mula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norbert Kosowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gianluigi Orange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 16th minute of play. Snorri De Hond could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. 24 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Snorri De Hond. After 31 played minutes Coice de Mula got a freekick which was hit by Bruce Lee. After 32 played minutes, Peru's Luz Tejedor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gianluigi Orange came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Peru reached it. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Snorri De Hond in the 34th minute of play. Gianluigi Orange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 37th minute of play forced Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Gianluigi Orange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Snorri De Hond notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alonso Berganza made in the 46th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Moises Gayoso immediately put the ball in play.

Coice de Mula made a substitution. Leandro Lira replaced Snorri De Hond. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. Gianluigi Orange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Coice de Mula's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. When Peru's Moises Gayoso in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Coice de Mula's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Orange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Lira, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Coice de Mula's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 79 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute Romário Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elano Salgado in the 85th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute Romário Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Leandro Lira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. In the 96th minute, Elano Salgado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Many of Peru's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Peru may have spent more time on the ball, but Coice de Mula were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
