Afonso Cardozo ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wei Guang Xing made a kick off. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Afonso Cardozo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Afonso Cardozo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a MONTANHA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. 62 minutes into the match, MONTANHA's Wei Guang Xing sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When MONTANHA's Wei Guang Xing in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by MONTANHA's Afonso Cardozo. But to his dismay, Afonso Cardozo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 83rdth minute of the game Wei Guang Xing who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 88 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. MONTANHA had played much better football throughout.
