Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Electric Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Igon to maneuver through the defense. Silvestre Urti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 6th minute of play. After 8 minutes, Quilino Gomar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Electric Futbol Club and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Quilino Gomar hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Leonardo Caton tried to sneak it across the goal line. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Felix Montes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Silvestre Urti quite easily take care of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Luis Andino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvestre Urti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, Per Målare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Electric Futbol Club's Silvestre Urti. Silvestre Urti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Silvestre Urti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Silvestre Urti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvestre Urti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play forced Electric Futbol Club's goalkeeper Silvestre Urti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Electric Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Silvestre Urti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvestre Urti was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 45th minute, Luis Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Electric Futbol Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emiliano Igon to make the kick off. After having played for 50 minutes, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Andino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Igon in the 58th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Electric Futbol Club were awarded a corner. Per Målare went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Electric Futbol Club's corner Per Målare fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Electric Futbol Club's goalkeeper Silvestre Urti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Silvestre Urti in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvestre Urti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 65 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvestre Urti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 74 minutes into the match, Electric Futbol Club's goalkeeper Silvestre Urti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Silvestre Urti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Silvestre Urti made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quilino Gomar in the 82nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Silvestre Urti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvestre Urti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 91st minute. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
