Axel Montenegro was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Santino Seco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Melquiades Mambru quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Paulo Eguen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. MORPH's Melquiades Mambru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 51st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Santino Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melquiades Mambru was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. After 52 minutes MORPH's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Joshua Garrido fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Melquiades Mambru quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Colombia booed when MORPH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Lluques didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Zeledon Dorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melquiades Mambru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 76th minute of play. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ignacio Mastache sped through MORPH's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Melquiades Mambru. Kevin Mastache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Melquiades Mambru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Santino Seco got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Melquiades Mambru was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Abram Secada capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abram Secada really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lu Zhi Lin, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Ambrosio Estevez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MORPH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
