The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, LEGIA Bielany's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Black Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Black Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The supporters of LEGIA Bielany booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. In the 23rd minute of the match, Franciszek Dresik tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Big Huy kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Black Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Hannibal Lecter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Hannibal Lecter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franciszek Dresik in the 31st minute of play. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Franciszek Dresik went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Black Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. LEGIA Bielany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Black Boruc quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 37 minutes into the match, LEGIA Bielany's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Black Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hannibal Lecter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dwight Schrute in the 42nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hannibal Lecter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Black Boruc in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Hannibal Lecter came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute LEGIA Bielany were awarded a corner. Franciszek Dresik went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 66th minute, Hannibal Lecter made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the game, LEGIA Bielany's Hannibal Lecter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 84 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Hannibal Lecter came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led to LEGIA Bielany's Hannibal Lecter getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by LEGIA Bielany's Franciszek Dresik. But to his dismay, Franciszek Dresik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Hannibal Lecter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franciszek Dresik struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LEGIA Bielany. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ecuador players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LEGIA Bielany.
