In the 16th minute, Babbis Aggeliadis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sanderlend fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Babbis Aggeliadis took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Babbis Aggeliadis sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. If Robert Augustyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Babbis Aggeliadis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Babbis Aggeliadis in the 33rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Babbis Aggeliadis put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 37 minutes into the game, Hakija Hamdić threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sanderlend's Przemyslaw Popowicz was substituted for Severin Begić. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Babbis Aggeliadis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sanderlend's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Babbis Aggeliadis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Sverker Fanström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 62nd minute of the match. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Babbis Aggeliadis notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Babbis Aggeliadis sent off a good shot on target. In the 96th minute, Babbis Aggeliadis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sanderlend fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. Sanderlend's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
