Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kılıç Samil made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Kılıç Samil notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th play minute Kılıç Samil came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benito Sanz. 3-0. Anıl Ozan Metiner took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Erhun Darcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Muharrem Kılıçalp in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kılıç Samil in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benito Sanz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kılıç Samil who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Benito Sanz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Kanatlı Süvariler booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kılıç Samil in the 41st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Benito Sanz kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 5-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kılıç Samil in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Rubio to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. Uğurcan Nazım made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Puig in the 52nd minute. In the 54th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Kılıç Samil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Kılıç Samil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kılıç Samil's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Alan Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Muharrem Kılıçalp scored 6-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute, Kılıç Samil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kanatlı Süvariler fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kılıç Samil, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muharrem Kılıçalp in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Erhun Darcan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kanatlı Süvariler fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Muharrem Kılıçalp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. If Erhun Darcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
