Nofre Amorebieta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Atıf Nurullah during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ali Atıf Nurullah hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Elberg Monte tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Bahattin Pektürk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvise Nasuti to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Joel Gaona took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Nofre Amorebieta to make any attempt to save it. Lautaro Mancebos short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Nofre Amorebieta to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Nofre Amorebieta in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Bahattin Pektürk fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ezber Bozan FK's protests and gave Bahattin Pektürk a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th minute, Bahattin Pektürk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezber Bozan FK made a substitution. Ali Baran Ağca replaced Bahattin Pektürk. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ezber Bozan FK throughout the match.
