With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan-Åke Norberg in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. After 10 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ocampo. Ubaldo Gervaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Plast i Naturen FC's Elpidio Pan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Honduras's Luca Espinar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Luca Espinar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Honduras protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Luca Espinar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Bengt-Arne Brun placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Jan-Åke Norberg in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Åke Norberg in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Plast i Naturen FC reached it. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Brun, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Plast i Naturen FC were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Honduras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Metodi Lyubchenkov took the corner. The supporters of Plast i Naturen FC booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Jan-Åke Norberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Lautaro Navarro however easily saved by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Villa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elpidio Pan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Plast i Naturen FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Nicklas Löfdahl hit a great ball. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Åke Norberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 minutes of play, Plast i Naturen FC's Bengt-Arne Brun made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Arne Brun in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Arne Brun came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Pan having to interfere. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Bengt-Arne Brun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Plast i Naturen FC's Bengt-Arne Brun got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Honduras's Sebastian Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elpidio Pan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Elpidio Pan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Metodi Lyubchenkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Plast i Naturen FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Honduras for much of the match.
